Any engagement of an ARCH seconded lawyer constitutes a direct attorney-client engagement, and the seconded lawyer is solely responsible for all legal advice rendered to you. ARCH is not responsible for the legal advice rendered by any ARCH seconded lawyer. You agree not to hold ARCH responsible for the legal advice rendered by any ARCH seconded lawyer and hereby release ARCH from any and all claims arising in connection therewith.
